Acrylic emulsion for Wood stain-blocking Primer
WL-1302 is a Specially modified water based acrylic dispersion , Designed for use as a stain-blocking sealer to minimize the “bleed through” of wood tannins .
Tannin staining:Brownish or tan discoloration on the paint surface due to migration of tannins from the substrate through the paint film.
Possible cause:Failure to adequately prime and seal the surface before applying the paint.
Solution:apply a high quality stain-resistant solvent-based or water-based primer.
